2. How do I know what the best image dimensions are for my product?

We strongly recommend always considering the product dimensions . Based on these, choose a size that matches the look you want to give the product.

3. What if my image is smaller than the size I'm paying for?

For example, you selected the "up to 5cm" measurement, but you only need an image that is 4cm x 3cm.

If your image is smaller than the contracted size, you can always request to fill the remaining space— up to the maximum size you selected —by uploading additional photos or information to complement your idea. Otherwise , you will receive the image exactly as specified.

4. Since it's possible to upload 3 images, can I request to save 3 different images?

Absolutely! You can print 3 different images on one object , but if you want 3 images on 3 different objects, you must add additional material - for example in L4serSt0re. On the other hand, if it's a more complex request, you can always use the +Custom menu - under budget.

5. If I don't like the images I received, can I complain and request a refund?

If the images you requested do not match your order, of course you can return them! For more information, you can always consult our return policy in the website footer.

Please note: as long as all the information you provide is included and visible in the images, they are not eligible for return under the law regarding personalized products (see terms and conditions).

1. Since I can upload up to 3 files, is it possible to buy (for example) an A4 (2mm) sheet of wood and have 3 pieces cut from it?

Absolutely! Upload the 3 documents and tell us exactly what you want.

Note: If you wish to create/cut (for example) 4 or more pieces from a single sheet, you can always use the + Custom menu - under budget.

OR (alternative): You can add multiple boards to your cart, each containing 3 cutting files (e.g., 1 board = up to 3 pieces; 2 boards = up to 6 pieces; 3 boards = 9 pieces, etc.)

2. Do the materials undergo any type of treatment or product application before or after they are cut?

No. For us, it is essential that the pieces be "virgin" of any chemicals before cutting so as not to affect not only the final result, but also the machine that performs the cutting. We even have a list of materials that we don't work with for this very reason (certain types of MDF, for example). The pieces are delivered to the customer free of extra toxic/flammable products. It is up to the customer to decide what to do with the pieces afterwards.

1. Since it's possible to upload 3 documents, can I request to customize 3 different images?

Correct! But pay attention :

• If you select a style (e.g., Charcoal Pencil) and upload 3 different images, they will all be delivered to you in charcoal pencil.

• If you want 3 different images with 3 different styles , you should select the option: "My Style": Other... (Relevant information).

2. Can I send any type of photos without restrictions for customization?

Regarding the content of the photos you sent, you need to know:

• 2.1 In our sphere, there are no limits imposed on our clients regarding the type of images, phrases, or texts they wish to print. Even if their ideas may not align with those of the majority, or even ours, we reserve the right for you to express yourself freely through your art, without censorship and without fear . With us, the more "out of the box," the better.

• 2.2 We are legally obligated to protect your privacy and any content you provide to us, as long as it does not involve any type of crime. As for the rest... Art is ART!

3. Registered Trademarks

Regarding your request to engrave logos or registered trademarks (such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Rolex, among others), we would like to inform you that, due to legal compliance and intellectual property protection policies, we are unable to engrave these elements, except in cases where you hold all rights to the trademark (e.g.).

As professionals, we are strictly bound by standards that prevent us from reproducing third-party logos without the express authorization and official licensing of their respective trademarks.

1. Can I actually engrave or cut any item from the store?

With the exception of the FREE MARKET section, all items in the store can be customized with your ideas.

2. How does the sending and recording process work when I send the message?

• Unexpected costs: You won't have any surprises. All associated costs will be detailed in the budget.

3. I want to offer personalization to someone. What is the difference between placing my own order and sending it directly to the person and address of my choice, or hiring this option?

You can always place any order on our page and send it to whomever you want, wherever you want.

However, our orders are shipped - for now - in standard secure packaging without any personalization or decorative wrapping.
